Family owned construction company Scansa asked Copeland to provide marketing material for Leeward Cove their new development of affordable family homes in Sooke.

Copeland designed a new logo for the development celebrating the close proximity to the beautiful Sooke coastline, then delivered a cost-effective sales folder, site signage and full website targeted to the identified local market.
