With a growing chain of hearing clinics and affiliates across Canada, Island Hearing underwent a nationwide re-branding, becoming Connect Hearing. The planning, design and delivery of a new website was entrusted to Copeland.

Working in close collaboration with the client, Copeland provided strategic content planning for a new online experience, followed by design. We worked with Smallbox for the development and delivery.

With a predominantly senior userbase, it was critical to consider the challenges faced by these users in an online environment. These considerations influenced the language, design, content and user experience across the site.
