Student COntest

To identify the advertising leaders of tomorrow amongst students on the Island, Copeland ran a contest to be our Boss for a Day.

Contestants submitted their applications through a variety of creative channels, with three video finalists competing on our Facebook page in a 3-day public vote.

The result was not decided until the very last minute of the vote, with Royal Roads student Grace Campbell catching and pulling ahead of University of Victoria student Brandon Wright. She won by a mere 4 votes out of a total of 1,600.

In addition to running our office for a day in October, Grace was also featured on a CTV news story and pocketed $500 for her day’s work.
